step by step

Applying your brows

Start with clean, dry skin

Wash and fully dry the brow area. Skip moisturizer, oils and sunscreen where the transfer will sit — they stop it gripping.

Cut out your brow

Trim closely around the brow shape. Do one brow at a time so you can line up the second to match.

Peel off the clear film

Remove the transparent top layer, then place the brow face-down exactly where you want it.

Press with a damp cloth

Hold a wet cloth firmly against the backing for about 30 seconds. Press, don't rub — make sure the edges get fully wet.

Peel the backing away

Slide the paper off slowly. If any part lifts, lay it back down and hold the damp cloth a few seconds longer.

Let it set

Give it a couple of minutes to dry before touching, and try not to get it wet for the first hour. Set with translucent powder if you'd like extra hold.

tips & troubleshooting

Getting the best results

Removing them

Oil-based makeup remover, coconut oil or baby oil on a cotton pad. Let it sit for 20 seconds, then wipe gently. Never scrub.

Making them last longer

Avoid oily skincare directly on the brow, pat dry instead of rubbing after showers, and dust with translucent powder to cut shine.

Getting them even

Line the inner edge up with the side of your nose and check in the mirror before you press. Apply one, step back, then do the second.

If an edge lifts

Press a damp cloth over it again for a few seconds. Most lifting happens because that spot didn't get fully wet the first time.

Questions & subscriptions

How long do they last?

One to five days, depending on how active you are. Just like a temporary tattoo — they wear as long as one does.

Can I shower and sweat in them?

Yes. They're water resistant, sweatproof and smudge-proof. Oil is what removes them, so keep oily cleansers and face oils off the brow area.

Will they damage my skin or my regrowth?

They sit on the surface of the skin and come off with oil, so they won't damage skin, existing brow hair or new growth. If you have very sensitive skin or an active skin condition, patch test first.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You manage it yourself — no email needed. Log in at your account and open Subscriptions. From there you can skip an order, reschedule the next one, change quantity, swap the style or shade, update your shipping address or payment details, cancel, or reactivate a cancelled subscription.

Can I skip an order or change the delivery date?

Both. Open your account → Subscriptions → the subscription you want, then choose Skip or reschedule the next order date.

Can I change my brow style, shade or quantity?

Yes — style, shade and quantity are all editable from the subscription itself in your account. Changes apply from your next order onward.

How do I update my payment or address?

Both live in your account — Payment methods and Addresses. Updating them there updates your subscription too.
